工作待遇

培訓單位：依計畫每月支付NT$60,000給博士
each accepted applicant shall receive NT$60,000 each month.
實習公司：各類獎金每年至少九萬元(可按月比例提撥，方法將與博士菁英另訂)
Cooperate with the preparation of at least 90,000 NTD per person per year bonus to pay various bonuses, which can be allocated on a monthly basis and the method will be discussed with the doctoral intern.
實習公司可增加的薪資與福利Supplement：
我們會再依照博士能力核敘，金額不低於計畫規定
WNC will assess salaries baed on the candidates, not lower than the planned salary specification.
